This is yet another indication that BMW along with other automakers are turning their marketing efforts towards the online medium and are looking to capitalize on the large user population that Facebook and Twitter have.
The two popular social networking platforms are reported to have combined over 700 millions active users every month. It is expected that BMW will introduce similar capabilities and features in the upcoming models and facelifts.
